Behind the scenes at our SS26 shoot
Last Wednesday, something big was planned: the photoshoot of our very first SS26 samples. An exciting and intense moment, preceded by so much work, love, and choices. Ilona and I stood there together, amidst the racks bursting with new life, feeling like a new chapter was beginning. Literally, because this collection marks the next step for Tezza Fashion, one in which we've consciously created space for growth, but always in our own way.
The SS26 collection feels like a new phase for us, and that's partly thanks to you. We've received so much valuable feedback from our retailers and our online customers over the past few months. About fits, colors, what you're missing and what you're loving. In this industry, where trends change rapidly and competition is fierce, we believe it's crucial to truly listen. Not to blindly follow, but to understand what people need and translate that into our own solutions.
That's precisely why this collection is an extension of the brand as we founded it, only stronger, more focused, and more personal than ever. Even though we can't share any images or specific details yet, it felt so good to see everything styled and photographed for the first time.
At the same time, this phase also presented the opportunity to make another, exciting decision: we will not be participating in Modefabriek this season. A conscious decision, stemming from our desire to do things just a little differently. We've proudly exhibited at Modefabriek three times before, something I've dreamed of and worked incredibly hard for for years. It wasn't easy, and I heard "no" many times before it finally became "yes." But we did it. And it has brought so much to our brand. Yet, now felt like the right time to explore new paths.
Not because it wasn't good, but because we want to choose what suits us better. Something smaller. More personal. Closer to ourselves. Because that's what Tezza Fashion is built on, and I, as a creator, don't want to deviate from it.
We can't wait to show you more of what we captured on Wednesday. Until then: thank you for following us, supporting us, and continuing to inspire us. Have any questions or want to collaborate with us? Feel free to send me a message; we love genuine connections!
