We hope you're happy with your order. Not completely satisfied? Returning it is easy.

Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  • Register your return within 14 days. After registering, you have another 7 days to actually return the package.
  • We will refund the full order amount excluding standard shipping costs .
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

  • Returns must always be registered in advance via our returns portal.
  • We cannot process your return without a generated return label.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • The costs for returning from your address to us are at your own expense .
  • Until the package is delivered to us, the sender remains responsible . Therefore, always keep your shipping receipt with track & trace.

Returns Policy

  • Items are unworn, unwashed , in original condition and with all tags attached.
  • Please return any accessories/packaging that came with the item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged or used products.
  • Sale items may also be returned, as long as they meet the above conditions.

Refund

  • Once your return has been registered and received, we will refund the amount due within 14 days .
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back (whichever is the earliest).
